1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Shipping Coverage

We currently offer international shipping to over 60+ countries and regions.

1.2 Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery times range from 6-12 business days after dispatch. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer, but we’ll make sure your package reaches you safely.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the shipping date, not the order date.

1.3 Possible Delays

Deliveries may be delayed due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Other unforeseen events beyond our control

2. Shipping Fees & Duties

2.1 Shipping Method

Our standard shipping partner is YunExpress, and free shipping is provided on all orders by default.
If you prefer another courier, please contact us at contact@lemonda.com before placing your order.

2.2 Customs & Duties

All applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in your order total. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.


3. Order Processing

3.1 Order Confirmation

After successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation at the address provided at checkout.

3.2 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. This includes order review, product inspection, packaging, and handover to the courier.


4. Tracking & Delivery

4.1 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you.

4.2 Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your package is lost or severely damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.


5. Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Returned in original packaging

We are unable to process returns for items received more than 30 days ago.


6. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@lemonda.com and include the following:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Photos of the product(s) to be returned
  • Reason for return

Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

After submitting your return request, our team will provide detailed instructions. Do not ship items without authorization.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you by email whether the return has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.


7. Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping is free of charge. For details, please contact our support team before sending the item(s) back.


8. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • You will receive a replacement free of charge, or A full refund will be issued

If an item is incorrect due to our error, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us, and we will resolve the issue promptly.


9. Order Cancellation & Modifications

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 8 hours of purchase at contact@lemonda.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note:

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled
  • Requests made after 8 hours from purchase may not be accepted

10. Refund Status

If you haven't received your refund:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again
  • Contact your payment provider (some refunds may take several business days to process)
